Our Process

Book
Select your service level and the number of holes to patch using our simple booking link. For larger damage areas or 3+ holes, you can request an estimate. No upfront payment is needed for estimates, but please choose your preferred time slot.
All requests are manually approved by our team. For estimate jobs, you’ll need to share photos of the damage through Square Messages, a secure platform for exchanging pictures and messages via email or text. A team member will send you a text or email requesting this information.
You’ll also receive an automated email with a service agreement to review, initial, and e-sign where indicated.
Pay
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a digital invoice for secure payment.
You can:
- Pay in Full: Prepay the total amount for a smooth and hassle-free service.
- Pay a Deposit: Only for estimate jobs - a deposit is required upfront with the balance due same-day upon completion.
Patch
On the scheduled day, our skilled technicians will arrive on time with all the necessary tools and supplies. We take extra care to respect your home, wearing indoor shoes and using protective materials to keep your space clean. During your time slot, the technician may leave and return multiple times between coats - typically 3 times for basic services and 4 times on the first day of premium services, with at least one additional visit on the second day for premium. To ensure a smooth process, please keep pets and children out of the way and remove valuables or furniture from the work area or room. We are not responsible for any damage to items left in the work area. Our team will expertly patch the drywall, leaving it perfectly smooth and ready for the next step.
Paint (Premium only)
With our Premium service, we elevate the repair by matching* and applying paint to the repaired area.
*Note: We use the paint you provide for the closest match, but slight variations may occur due to factors like lighting, aging of the original paint, or environmental conditions.
Relax!
Once the service is complete, you’ll receive a service acknowledgment email to review, initial, and sign before the technician departs. For deposit structures, your card on file will be charged, or you can pay the technician directly using their mobile terminal (no cash accepted). While tips are not expected, they are highly appreciated, and you can easily add one using your card - just let the technician know!
